By accessing or using PINNR ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

PINNR is operated by R.SHE LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and R.SHE LLC.

You must be a human — accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@pinnrevents.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a risk to the Platform or its users.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed
• You may not transfer or sell your account to another person
• Usernames must not impersonate other people or entities
• You are responsible for all content posted under your account

PINNR is a platform for discovering and sharing underground and community events. You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event information
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited communications
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without permission
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person, business, or organization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

You retain ownership of content you submit to PINNR, including event listings, profile information, and photos. By submitting content, you grant R.SHE LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the rights to submit the content
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or its community.

PINNR allows users and the public to submit events for consideration on the Platform. All event submissions are subject to review and approval by PINNR moderators before appearing publicly on the map.

• Submitting an event does not guarantee it will be published
• Event organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their event details
• PINNR is not responsible for events that are cancelled, changed, or misrepresented
• We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any event submission at any time
• Submitted event content becomes available for PINNR to moderate and curate

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using PINNR, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

The PINNR name, logo, design, and all Platform content created by R.SHE LLC — including but not limited to code, graphics, and interface elements — are the property of R.SHE LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from PINNR's proprietary content without express written permission from R.SHE LLC.

PINNR is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. R.SHE LLC does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any events listed on the Platform. Attendance at any event is at your own risk. Always use your judgment and take appropriate safety precautions when attending events.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R.SHE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.

In no event shall R.SHE LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to R.SHE LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

R.SHE LLC may suspend or terminate your access to PINNR at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of PINNR after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the Platform.
